There can are few reasons why you might encounter an error while using Invite Past Customers feature in the Dashboard.
Here are a few simple troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure that you have sufficient IPC credits in your Account. If you upload a list of 100 customers but you have only 99 credits, you will encounter an error. To fix this please reach out to our technical support team at email@example.com
- Please check the file format which you're uploading, the only format which is allowed is xls, xlsx and csv, if you try uploading a text file, you will get an error.
- Make sure that you remove any formatting before you upload the excel file. You can learn more about it here.
- When our system detects an incorrect email format, it will throw you an error along with the line number where the error was detected, all you have to do is ensure that the email address on that specific line is correct.
