You can respond to a review by following these simple steps:
- Once logged in to your Dashboard, click on 'Reviews' on the left
- Click on 'Review History' and navigate to the review you want to respond to and click on 'Respond'
- Enter your comments in the below text box and click on 'Post your response now' button
- Your response will now be visible under the customer review on your Business Profile Page.
