What is it?
The IPC feature allows you to get in touch with your past customers and invite them to write a review for your business.
How does it work?
First and foremost, you will need to upload an excel sheet of your past customers with the following details filled out:
- Customer's Email Address
- Customer's Name
- Customer's Order ID
Upload this excel sheet to your TrustedCompany Business Account in either an excel or csv format. For further step-by-step instructions click here.
