As an alternative to our IPC and ACF features, Unique Links send a specific link to your customers inviting them to post reviews.
How does it work?
Each Unique Link is specific to a particular customer-company interaction. Creating a Unique Link allows you to manage the entire invitation-to-review process using your own in-house tools.
Why do I need it?
With the help of Unique Links you can:
- Embed them into newsletters as well as any after-sales customer follow up communication to collect reviews
- Minimize any company legal issues with regards to data sharing, as it is no longer necessary to BCC or forward confidential client data to TrustedCompany
- Get first-hand knowledge of your open and click-through rates as well as measure and test your customer engagements alongside any of your email marketing campaigns
- Customize the language you would like to send the invitation in. This is very useful for companies who have a customer base that speak two languages.
