Review History - manage your collected reviews from one place
The Review History section under the Reviews tab is your go-to place to view all your reviews collected to date, respond to them and search and filter them based on your preferences.
This section lists the star ratings for all your reviews, the customers who submitted them, their email address and Order ID number.
You can respond to reviews by simply clicking on the blue Respond button next to all the review listings. This section provides you with the option to edit and update all your responses too.
Mediation - turn your unhappy customers into your happy promoters
The Mediation tool helps you deal with your unhappy customers-those that have left a review of 2 stars or below. To take care of your negative reviews, the Mediation section gives you a snapshot of all your low rated reviews and helps you assign people to handle and respond to them.
Once you have responded to your customers, this section provides you with the revised rating customers provided after you reached out to them.
Review Response Notification - manage all your review alerts
Under this section, you'll be able to set your preference for the specific star rating reviews you wish to receive an email notification for. If you wish to receive notifications for all reviews, simple tick all the 5 boxes. You can also key in the email addresses of whomever you wish to notify once a review is posted.
