What is it?
The ACF feature helps you automate the process of inviting your customers for a review after purchase through a one-time setup.
How does it work?
Our review system works hand-in-hand with your webshop and mailing system, keeping track of your customer purchases in real time. Whenever a customer makes a purchase at your shop a BCC of the order confirmation will be sent to us.
After a customisable pre-set period (we recommend 2 weeks), we will send out an invitation to the customer to write a review on the product purchased.
Why do I need it?
With the ACF feature you can:
- Always have the most recent reviews - customers place high value on fresh reviews in order to evaluate their authenticity
