Follow these simple steps to configure your WooCommerce site to automatically collect customer feedback and grow your company's online reputation.
Log in to your TrustedCompany dashboard at http://business.trustedcompany.com/. Follow the instruction on https://help.trustedcompany.com/hc/en-us/articles/212061246-STEP-2-Automatic-Customer-Feedback-ACF- to set up your unique email address system_XXXXX@inbound.trustedcompany.com. Using this email, perform the following steps on your WooCommerce / WordPress dashboard:
1. Install the TrustedCompany WooCommerce Plugin:
a. Click Plugins | Add New | Search "trustedcompany" (without quotes):
b. Scroll to the TrustedCompany WooCommerce Customer Review Plugin, and click Install:
2. Configure plugin with the notification email displayed on your TrustedCompany account dashboard: system_XXXXX@inbound.trustedcompany.com:
a. Click Settings | WooCommerce TrustedCompany
b. Enter your unique notification email and click Save Changes
Done - you''ll now start collecting customer reviews automatically!
Tip: You can ask customers for feedback at the time they order your product, or when the product is delivered. TrustedCompany recommends using delivery confirmation. You will need to go into your TrustedCompany Dashboard and adjust the delivery delay. Go to "Reviews" | "Email Template for Automatic Customer Feedback" and adjust the "Set a delay for your invitation emails" to the number of days appropriate for your client base. TrustedCompany recommends 1 day after delivery.
